After acquiring  Rhode Island Franchises rights to Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning in 1994 and operating as Lil' Rhody Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning, owners Dave and Tracey Fairbrother began Lil' Rhody Miracle Maids
to better serve our customers with all their Housecleaning needs. Both divisons of the company began serving more and more Vacation Home owners in Rhode Island. After becoming the primary cleaning service provider for Properties Unlimited in Charlestown, customers began asking for Home Watch Services. Lil' Rhody Home Watch began offering these services soon afterwards.
